W Homes of Ohio, LLC is a family-owned residential construction company built on decades of hands-on experience, craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality homebuilding. Owned and operated by Gayle and Scott Willis, the company specializes in building single-family homes in communities throughout Greater Cincinnati, as well as on privately owned lots and land.
Their approach is simple: build every home with the same care, attention to detail, and quality materials they would use in their own homes.
Homebuilding has always been part of Gayle’s family history. Her father owned a large plumbing business and was involved in building, remodeling, and land development, while her brother became a respected homebuilder.
Scott began his career working for Gayle’s father, learning the trade from the ground up. After becoming a licensed plumber, he went on to build homes throughout Butler and Warren Counties while also gaining extensive experience in land development.
What started as building homes for themselves eventually grew into residential construction companies that collectively built nearly 700 homes between the late 1980s and mid-2000s.
A Hands-On Building
Experience
In 2016, Gayle and Scott began development of a 67-unit attached townhome community in West Chester, completing the project in 2021. In 2022, they founded W Homes of Ohio, LLC to return to their passion for building single-family homes with a more personal, hands-on approach.
Today, Gayle oversees project management and works closely with homeowners throughout the entire building process, from the initial vision and selections to construction and final completion. Her goal is to make the experience smooth, personal, and exciting for every client.
W Homes of Ohio, LLC takes pride in using trusted subcontractors and quality materials that Gayle and Scott would choose for their own homes.
Their experience also extends beyond new construction. Most recently, they completed a full renovation of a 1957 home, expanding their services to include renovation and remodeling projects alongside custom homebuilding.
Every home is built in compliance with the Ohio Building Code and all local jurisdiction requirements.
